Product Guarantee and Warranty

We warrants that all the Goods supplied are new, unused, and that they have been inspected and tested according to the specification of order/standard and meet the requirements and also further warrants that the Goods shall be free from defects arising from any act or omission of ours or arising from design, materials, and workmanship, under normal use in the prevailing conditions.

We guarantee a period of eighteen(18) months after the shipping date, or twelve(12)month after the issuing date of Preliminary acceptance Notice, which comes earlier.

The Purchaser shall give notice to us stating the nature of any such defects together with all available evidence thereof, promptly following the discovery thereof.

Upon receipt of such notice, we will, within the period of warranty, expeditiously repair or replace the defective Goods or parts thereof, at our cost.

Any defect caused by the incorrect test and operation on-site will be not within the scope of warranty.

On-site Supervision and guidance services

According to the advance agreement in contract, we can provide supervision and guidance services for the on-site installation and debugging of the products.

OEM Services

We offer OEM valve services.

With customer’s full technical drawings, to provide the qualified and satisfactory finished products.

We can also provide the OEM services from valve design and supply the unique products which will meet customer’s various requirements.
