We conducted the design verification test(proof-of-design test) on our double eccentric resilient seated butterfly valves according to EN1074-1 & EN1074-2 and AWWA C504, and got the factory approval certificate and type product approval certificate from the third party(Bureau Veritas).
Our double eccentric rubber seated butterfly valve has been walking in the forefront of the industry in China and even the world, ensure absolute bi-directional sealing performance with full pressure rating.
With the improvement of design concept and process level, our butterfly valve products can meet the design life of 50 years.
In addition to common cast ductile iron and carbon steel products, various stainless steel, duplex stainless steel (A995 Gr4A, S31803, 1.4462, 2205 etc.), super duplex stainless steel (A995 Gr5A-6A, S32750, 1.4507, 2507 etc.), bronze(C95400/C95500/C95800) and Cu-Ni alloy(Monel K400/K500), titanium alloy products are also in our supply range.
For product protection coating, in addition to common epoxy resin powder coating, various meet C4, C5, C5M coatings for corrosive environments as well as rubber lined coatings are also in our service range,
